Between Kathmandu and Pokhara are three major groups of peaks: Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Manaslu and Himal Chuli and the large Annapurna Himal. This trek is ideal for those wanting to escape from the more popular regions of Annapurna and Everest. It is famous for unspoilt Tamang culture, spectacular views of mountains and colourful rhododendron forest. It also begins conveniently close to Kathmandu.
Day to day itinerary:
- Day 01:Arrive Kathmandu and meet with our representative at the airport. Drive to hotel.
- Day 02:First day sightseeing and trekking permit arrangements. Over night at hotel.
- Day 03:Drive to Trishuli - Salangkhu Khola
- Day 04:Salangkhu Khola - Balche Village
- Day 05:Balche-Village - Gonga
- Day 06:Acclimatization rest at Gonga
- Day 07:Gonga - Cross over sing La and down to Kharka
- Day 08:Singla - Serthung Village
- Day 09:Serthung Village - Laba
- Day 10:Laba - Mongeythanti
- Day 11:Mongeythanti - Dumchet village
- Day 12:Dumchet village - Budigandak
- Day 13:Budigandaki- Aroghat Bazaar
- Day 14:Arughat Bazaar - Khanchowk Danra
- Day 15:Khanchowk Danra - Gorkha
- Day 16:Gorkha - Kathmandu
- Day 17:Kathmandu
- Day 18:Fly back towards destination
